AGM

Good Evening Wanderers,

The Executive Committee of Wanderers Rugby Football Club (WRFC) is pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Club (the “AGM”) for Season 19/20 will be held on Friday 6th September 2018 at 7 p.m. sharp at the WRFC Club House, Molly Malone’s Irish Bar on Boat Quay.

The following positions on the committee are available for nominations for the 2019/20 season;

1. President

2.Vice President

3.Treasurer

4. Secretary

5. Club Captain

Should you wish to step up, or nominate an individual for any of the above positions, please approach any members of the current WRFC Executive Committee for nomination forms. Please note that all forms will need to be submitted by 1st September 2019, and the club will inform members of the nominees for each position on 3rd September 2019.

Please make sure you get down to Molly’s and show your support for the AGM. Food will be provided and there will plenty of cold beverages on offer.

If you CANNOT make the AGM on 6th September, you are able to vote by proxy. Again, please approach a member of the current Executive Committee for clarifications, if necessary.

The AGM is from 6-9pm with formalities aiming to kick off at 7pm latest. So please get in early, grab a beer and get settled in!
